Meet Our Leadership Team
Solomon Arasah is a multi-disciplinary professional with over 15 years of experience spanning law, counseling, leadership development, and organizational growth. He is a Certified Marriage and Family Counselor (TIMFA, USA), a trained lawyer with 15 years’ post-call experience, and a passionate leader dedicated to the holistic development of individuals and communities.
Solomon holds a Bachelor of Law (LLB) from the University of Abuja, was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2011, and also holds a Master’s Degree in Guidance & Counseling along with a Postgraduate Diploma in Education. Currently pursuing a PhD in Counseling at the University of Abuja, he continues to deepen his expertise in personal, relational, and organizational transformation.
As the visionary founder of Legacy Coaching & Counseling Ltd, Solomon channels his vast experience to empower people, families, and businesses through strategic counseling, training, and coaching programs. His deep insights into relationship dynamics, communication, team building, and leadership have made him a sought-after counselor and coach. Solomon is especially passionate about raising emotionally intelligent leaders, building stronger families, and inspiring others to live with clarity and impact.
Ruth Arasah is a seasoned banking professional, Certified Scrum Master, and agile project management expert with over 11 years of experience across retail banking, business development, and process optimization. She holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from the University of Abuja and an M.Sc. in Business Administration from the National Open University of Nigeria.
Throughout her career, Ruth has collaborated with Sterling Bank, United Bank for Africa, and The OS Concepts Research & Consulting Ltd, leading transformative projects that drove exponential growth in deposit mobilization, SME marketing, and digital banking solutions. Her expertise in managing high-performing teams and designing strategic roadmaps ensures operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Elizabeth O. Apah is an accomplished Accountant and Financial Analyst passionate about advancing financial literacy and fostering sustainable economic growth. With a degree in Accounting from the University of Abuja and professional certifications in Management Accounting, she brings robust technical expertise paired with strategic advisory skills.
Elizabeth’s experience includes audit and compliance (statutory, tax, risk, system audits), reconciliation audits with regulatory bodies such as CAC, FIRS, FCT-IRS, PENCOM, ITF, and NSITF, and implementing accounting systems for diverse SMEs. She is also a dedicated trainer, empowering accountants with practical knowledge of tools like QuickBooks, Retail Man, and Odoo.
